A l’occasion de l’exposition des Urbains de Minuit, Je ne suis pas une petite coupure à Nice, j’ai réalisé avec un participant du projet artistique IMAL à Munich une vidéo. Le thème m’était familier, j’avais déjà réalisé une performance, La Vida d’Artista, en 2011, pour laquelle j’avais conçu et fait imprimer un tee-shirt. Devant était écrit ART et derrière ARGENT. Dans la vidéo, composée de 2 séquences, intérieure puis extérieure, j’utilise le tee-shirt en une sorte de cycle de destruction/renaissance.
Elle est dédicacée à un ami artiste qui s’est suicidé en février 2013.
Cette vidéo a été co-réalisée avec l’un des participants au projet artistique IMAL, Philipp Rotter, au cours de mon intervention entre Avril et Juillet 2013 sur place.

For the exhibition of the art group Urbains de Minuit, Je ne suis pas une petite coupure, in Nice, France, I co-produced and co-realized a video on the theme ( The title is a play on word: coupure means in French at the same time « bill » and « small cut ») with one of the participants of the artistic project IMAL. I had already worked on the theme, I had made a performance called « La vida d’Artista » in 2011 for which I had conceived and made printed a t-shirt. In the front was written ART and in the back ARGENT ( money). In the video, composed on 2 sequences ( inside then outside), I use the T-shirt in a kind of cycle of destruction/rebirth.
It is dedicated to a friend of mine, artist, who committed suicide in February 2013.
This video was co-realized with one of the participants of the artistic project IMAL, Philippp Rotter, during my stay there in Munich from Avril to July 2013.
